A larger home in West Sussex

The new 120 square metre building will join the existing workshops, warehouse and offices on the company's site in Worthing, West Sussex, with completion scheduled for the end of July. It will become the largest of the three buildings on the site.

A hard standing area at the front will give the team space to demonstrate machines outdoors, while the showroom is designed to display the full CMC V2 spider lift range, from 15 to 30 metres, in a single location.

Built for customer conversations

The company says the extra space will allow side by side comparisons and more structured demonstrations, including indoor demos when the weather is poor. The building will also include office space, a kitchen and a breakout area for customer meetings, training and discussions.

Reflecting on a journey that started around the kitchen table, the business framed the investment as a milestone, with managing director Russell Woodward leading the next chapter from the expanded Worthing base.
