Rachel Lunn spent 11+ years as Recruitment Lead at Toyota Material Handling, one of the world's largest material handling businesses, where she built and ran hiring processes for senior commercial seats across the UK and Europe. Frustrated by the gap between how recruitment is sold and how it actually works, she founded Evara in 2026 to build a recruitment practice that defines the role properly before the search begins, screens candidates against commercial outcomes, and produces hires that stay. The ALIGN methodology is the codified version of how she has always run a search.

Having founded, scaled and exited multiple businesses, he understands the lived experience of running a commercial team under pressure. He now works as an investor in and strategic advisor to 19+ UK SMEs, focused on go-to-market strategy, sales team design, compensation and demand generation. At Evara he leads the Revenue Advisory practice and the Strategic Revenue Audit programme.
